The welcome reception will be held at the following location:

The venue of the main conference is Craiglockhart campus, 219 Colinton road.
The conference is being hosted by Edinburgh Napier University.

Edinburgh airport is located on the edge of the city. The airport’s website provides details regarding how to travel from the airport into the city centre – these can be found at https://www.edinburghairport.com/transport-links
Edinburgh’s main rail station is Edinburgh Waverley. Direct trains run regularly from London to Edinburgh, as well as from Manchester and Newcastle. There is also a frequent rail service between Glasgow and Edinburgh, with trains from Glasgow Queens Street station to Edinburgh taking around 45 minutes. Bus lines to Merchiston Campus (Welcome Reception only)
- Service 45 from the city centre stops at bus stop ‘Napier University (SW)’ opposite the campus.
- Services 11, 15, 16, 23, 36 and 45 from the city centre stop at bus stop ‘Holy Corner (S)’ on nearby Bruntsfield Place.
- Service 5 from the city centre stops at bus stop ‘Churchill (S)’ on nearby Morningside Road.
Bus lines to Craiglockhart Campus (Main conference and conference dinner)
- Services 4, 10, 27 and 45 from the city centre stop on nearby Colinton Road at at bus stop ‘Craiglockhart Campus’
- Service 36 stops nearby at bus stop on Glenlockhart Road at bus stop ‘Craiglockhart Campus’.
Public transport from/to Edinburgh Airport
Edinburgh Airport can be reached by bus or tram. To reach the airport from Craiglockhart, you can take the bus (service 4) to Haymarket station, and then take the bus (service 100) or the tram from there to the airport.

On-Campus IT Acces
Wifi Access
On both campuses, you can access the University WiFi through Eduroam. More information can be found at this link.
If you do not have an Eduroam profile, you can get online by registering and connecting to the Guest Wifi network.
IT access for presenters
Presenters can either use the computers available in the room assigned to their session, or connect their own laptops through HDMI cables.
In each room, you will find detailed instructions on how to log in to the room’s computers.
How to navigate through Craiglockhart campus

The registration desk and the coffee breaks will take place in the foyer, just in front of the main entrance.

The plenary session will take place in the Riady Lecture Theatre (room 1/07), just behind the foyer.

The rooms for the parallel sessions are located on the ground floor (1/06, 1/07, 1/10) and on Level 3 (3/03, 3/11).
All these rooms are located on the left-hand side of the campus, to the left of the main entrance.

Lunch (on Monday only) and conference dinner are served in the Chapel, located on the right-hand side of the campus.
This can be reached through the corridor at the end of Foyer, after the Espresso Lab Café. The Chapel is just at the end of the corridor.
